This is a complete, 100% brand new Upgrade turbocharger. This turbo comes with the bigger turbine wheel, 76/64mm, which is upgraded from 65/58mm.It could greatly help to increase air flow and horsepower.The compressor wheel is also upgraded to a 63/87mm billet one.This is an exact replacement for the OEM Holset HE351CW turbocharger that was originally equipped on the Cummins ISB. This complete turbocharger assembly includes the vacuum wastegate actuator and exhaust downpipe elbow connector.
